Pullout Enrichment is another way to accommodate the high abilities and individual needs of gifted students.  It provides richer and more varied educational experiences that go beyond the regular curriculum.  Pullout Enrichment is available for identified gifted and talented students in grades 1-7 who do not participate in Acceleration.  During the Pullout Enrichment period, the students work on projects and activities that focus on acquiring knowledge and skills, and strengthening creativity and higher level thinking.

Grades 1-2
Identified students in grades 1 and 2 spend one period per week with a Gifted and Talented Teacher. 

Grades 3-5
Identified students in grades 3-5 spend two periods per week with a Gifted and Talented Teacher. 

Grades 6-7
Identified students in grades 6 and 7 spend one period a week with a Gifted and Talented Teacher.
