To best prepare for the individual course request meeting, we recommend:

  1. Reviewing course descriptions and prerequisites in the 2023-2024 Program of Studies.
  2. Reviewing teacher recommendations for the 2023-2024 school year.
  3. Completing the grade level Course Request Worksheet (below) before meeting with the counselor.
  4. Reviewing the Video Catalog (below) of GRHS electives.

Course Request Worksheets

Students should complete these worksheets prior to meeting with their counselor.  It is important that students read the Program of Studies and videos about the elective(s)  they may be interested in taking.

Electives Video Catalog

To help students get an overview of what electives we offer and what each elective is all about, we have created an Electives Video Catalog.  We encourage all students to view the available videos prior to creating their course requests.
